Every VOLT jewellery piece includes our Lifetime Warranty from the day it arrives.

We stand behind the materials and workmanship of every VOLT piece. If a qualifying defect appears, we will assess the piece and make it right through repair, replacement or another remedy required by law.

What is Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty clasps, closures or mechanisms
  • Unexpected breakage during normal wear
  • Onyx setting failure
  • Unusual premature finish failure beyond reasonable surface wear

What is not Covered?

  • Lost or stolen jewellery
  • Deliberate damage, neglect, crushing or severe impact
  • Ordinary scratches, scuffs and gradual wear
  • Damage from strong chemicals or improper care
  • Unauthorised third-party repairs or modifications

Make a Claim

Email info@voltjewellery.com with the subject WARRANTY CLAIM — ORDER [NUMBER]. Include your order number, a short explanation and clear photographs or video. Do not send the piece before receiving return instructions.

The VOLT Lifetime Warranty is provided in addition to rights and remedies available under South African consumer law.
